Easy at-home pierogi pizza

The best part of at-home pierogi pizza? You can pick whatever combination your heart desires! We chose Rao’s Fire Roasted Veggie pizza with our Jalapeño Cheddar pierogi.

Here are some tips for making your pizza:

  • Rao’s calls for baking the pizza for 16-18 minutes at 425 degrees. It’ll take the pierogi a little longer than that to crisp. At about the 16 minute mark, we reduced the heat to 375 degrees F and let it bake for about 5 minutes extra.

  • We also finished it off by broiling the pizza for another five minutes.

  • Overall, keep an eye to not to overcook the pizza, but ensure the pierogi are crisp.

  • Our pierogi are pre-cooked, so you don’t need to worry about them being raw! It’s just a question of how crispy you want them.
