Buffalo Pierogi

Spicy Buffalo Pierogi

Ingredients:

  • Jaju Potato & Cheese Pierogi

  • Buffalo Sauce of choice (We used Primal Kitchen)

  • Melted butter

  • Blue cheese crumbles (omit if not for you)

  • Chopped green onion

Method:

  1. Follow package directions and cook your pierogi until crisp and golden brown- we’re aiming for perfection here, folks.

  2. In a small sauce pan, mix a generous amount of butter and mix in your chosen amount of buffalo sauce.

  3. Once pierogi are ready, toss them in a bath of that delicious buffalo sauce mixture. Roll those bad boys around until they are generously coated.

  4. Arrange your Buffalo Pierogi on a plate with flair. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the top and add a generous scattering of chopped green onions.
