Air-fried Ranch Pierogi

We all know the tradition of buffalo chicken and dipping them in ranch (or blue cheese if you swing that way). But what about flipping the world on its head and air frying pierogi in ranch and dipping them in buffalo sauce?

This is how we did it:

  1. Place pierogi of your choice in air fryer. Don’t layer.

  2. Partially cook pierogi for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from air fryer

  3. In a bowl, toss pierogi with melted butter and then Ranch seasoning. Coat thoroughly.

  4. Return pierogi to air fryer for another 4-5 minutes, checking on them to make sure they don’t explode!

  5. Let cool for a few minutes (they’re pockets of lava) and…Dip!

Step 6: Watch everyone at your party devour them.
